AUDUBON SOCIETY
For more than a century, Audubon has built a legacy of conservation success by mobilizing the strength of its network of members, Chapters, Audubon Centers, state offices, and dedicated professional staff to connect people with nature and the power to protect it. A powerful combination of science, education, and policy expertise combine in efforts ranging from protection and restoration of local habitats to the implementation of policies that safeguard birds, other wildlife, and the resources that sustain us all-- in the U.S. and across the Americas.
CALFLORA
Calflora is an independent organization dedicated to providing scientific information about California plants for research, conservation, and education. Calflora is supported by a mixture of funding from government agencies, grants from foundations, and private donors. Many other individuals and organizations also contribute data, expertise, and technical support.
CALIFORNIA NATURAL RESOURCES AGENCY
The California Natural Resources Agency oversees and supports more than 26 distinct departments, conservancies, and commissions.

FOOTHILL TRAILS DISTRICT NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL
The Foothill Trails District Neighborhood Council, (FTDNC) consisting of Lake View Terrace, La Tuna Canyon, and Shadow Hills, exists to promote greater local participation in government in order to make the Los Angeles City Council and city government more responsive to local needs and wishes.

LAKEVIEW TERRACE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION
The Lake View Terrace Improvement Association is your catalyst to local government and businesses. Since our conception, volunteer workers have dedicated countless hours to preserving and improving the quality of life in Lake View Terrace.
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC
The National Geographic Society has been inspiring people to care about the planet since 1888. It is one of the largest nonprofit scientific and educational institutions in the world. Its interests include geography, archaeology, and natural science, and the promotion of environmental and historical conservation.

SANTA MONICA MOUNTAIN CONSERVANCY
The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy was established by the California State Legislature in 1980. Since that time, it has helped to preserve over 75,000 acres of parkland in both wilderness and urban settings and has improved more than 114 public recreational facilities throughout Southern California.
S.H.P.O.A.
The Shadow Hills Property Association has served the Shadow Hills community since the mid-1960s with a variety of services designed to “preserve, protect and promote” our country's lifestyle, quality of life, and property values. The mission of SHPOA is to inform, engage and advocate on behalf of our residents about important issues.

THEODORE PAYNE FOUNDATION
Founded and incorporated in 1960, the Theodore Payne Foundation promotes the understanding and preservation of California native flora. The mission of the Theodore Payne Foundation is (1) to promote and restore California landscapes, and habitats, (2) To propagate and make available California native plants and wildflowers, and (3) to educate and acquire knowledge about California flora and natural history.
